find the following observation interesting.
Even though I can run an average pace of 7.7 mph for 5 miles, I find that I
gain most improvement from running at around 7-7.2 mph for 40 min every time
. I measure my performance by 5k time. Faster speed just gets me tired and
helps little with my progress. | m**k 发帖数: 18660 | 2 come on. you knew how to run since 1 year old :)
to train better, you need different training session.
Vo2 Max, LT, Long run. recovery. combine them you will improve faster.

add some variations to my regimen.
