for this much, I'm probably strong enough to go barefoot. I went out to the
trail. It was alright when I jogged a bit on the road, but when I got to
the trail, my feet got very cold and the gravels really hurt me. After 10
steps I decided that I can't do this today. Not tough enough yet. I went
back home and got my five fingers back on, and ran a 2.25-mile lap. Towards
the end I lifted my feet higher as I ran, and I loo | s*********s

I wanted barefoot to be part of my "costume".

If you run barefoot, besides adopting the form, your soles have to be
prepared too. Gravels really hurt!

to actually run barefoot. I was able to do it on the street at one
point, years ago, but I forgot how much it hurt at the beginning.:)
Come to think about it, there doesn't seem to be much gravels in
Ethiopia, from the movies...

cure can be others' poison :)

mid/high school, many of the kids can play soccor in the dirt/gravels field
barefoot, but for me, it hurts even walking on it! they just run on it like
there isn't any gravels. i believe it is about the same in africa

发帖数: 1205 | 10 well, once I tried to walk barefoot on gravels.~~~just wanted to get some
foot massage which is good for health. However, it was so painful and I gave
it up. I can not imagine how painful it would be when run barefoot.
