I officially started to run on July 4th, 2005. As you can see from my
running log, my first day of running had high and low. Being able to run
6mi at the very beginning was benefited from my actively participating in
vary sports for many years, however, it also gave me knee injury since I
was a heel striker.
A week later, changing from heel striking to ball landing allowed me to

很多跑步的書籍,尤其是馬拉松的書籍,對跑步技術動作的重視明顯不夠。我看了好些
書,一般都是在最後的章節,稍稍提到一下,而且也不具體。從這個意義上講,我喜歡
和推薦的書籍是:“Running Fast and Injury Free”(GORDON PIRIE,英國著名長跑
運動員,三次參加奧運會,獲得1956年奧運會5000米銀牌),“The Cutting-Edge
Runner”(Fitzgerald, Matt),“Explosive Running”(Yessis, Michael)。有興
趣的,也可以研究研究 POSE 技術,了解一下不同的技術動作,理解這些不同之処背後
的道理。Chi Running 据说也不错,已经在图书馆排队了,等阅读完毕再报告。
還在大學,剛剛開始長跑時,一個同學跟我說,長跑應該是腳跟着地,然後迅速滾動過
渡到前腳掌以完成蹬地動作。當時專門請教了一位練中長跑的朋友,國家二級運動員,
沒有得到明確的指示。所以就一直沿用了腳跟着地的動作。因爲從那以後,長跑的距離

一直有人提倡光脚跑步,网上还有专门的group。对这个话题最近比较热的书是这本,
