常感谢。我们联系了波音公司，咨询了波音747-400货仓温度，从回答看，和大家的回
答一致，只需要作简单的保温处理即可托运而不必担心货仓温度过低导致胰岛素失效。

The cargo compartments on 747-400 aircraft are designed to maintain
temperatures at or above 40 degrees F. The limited amount of temperature
performance testing that we are able to do indicates that the systems are
able to accomplish that, however there might be cold spots near the cargo
doors due to exposed structure. Also, the aft compartment system can be
selected off, which might allow the temperature to drop below the 35 degree
threshold. So while it is likely that the temperature will be within
acceptable limits, we can't guarantee that the location where any particular
bag is loaded will be maintained above 35 degrees F for the entire trip.
Wrapping the insulin in an insulating material should help to mitigate any
cold temperatures experienced during the flight.
Also, the American Diabetes Association recommends that travelers never
transport insulin in checked bags, and advises travelers regarding TSA
regulations and other aspects of managing diabetes during travel, on their
website (www.diabetes.org). The ADA cites the possible affects of "severe
changes in pressure and temperature" as their reason for this recommendation
, and I concur that those are valid concerns. Even if the temperature stays
within acceptable ranges for insulin, large swings in temperature and
pressure over the course of the trip are more likely for checked luggage
than for carry-on bags, and I do not have any data that gives guidance on
the durability of insulin in that event.
