1. When exiting the plane, the passenger(s) will follow all other
passengers to the immigration area and will be directed to one of two queues
for processing by Border Protection. One queue is for U.S. Citizens and
Permanent Residents; the other is for visitors to the USA.
2. Passenger(s) will present forms and passport to Border Protection
Officer. If necessary, translation services are available.
3. Passenger(s) will collect luggage from the baggage carousels.
