yeah. basically, ur first H1 visa gotta be issued by US
consulate
in China(Canada, Mexico, or whatever). After that, u can
send ur
passport and other document to DC State Dept to revalidate
it. They
will have a new H1 visa stamp on ur passport, normally same
term
as ur previous one. Since u have that new valid H1 stamp, of
course
u can go back to China and come back w/o going to consulate.
