Seeking an innovative and motivated professional to lead our Clinical
Development department. This position oversees and directs all aspects of
synthetic route designing and process optimization for development compounds
from the preclinical stage. Overall departmental responsibilities include
synthetic route design and selection, the application of various
technologies, manufacturing process development, clinical supply
manufacturing, scale up and technology transfer. Should demonstrate and
apply in depth knowledge and skill with an understanding of required
interactions with related disciplines; should have good experience on
trouble shooting. Responsible for overall department strategy and resources
to ensure project timetables are maintained.
Advanced degree in organic chemistry or equivalent is required; Ph.D. with
five years’ experience in process development is desirable. Strong project
management skills, effective communicator with strong leadership skills and
cross department collaboration skills and are necessary |
