Dear Prof. XXX,
How are you?
I recently applied a faculty position with the the College of XXX in
University of YYY, and they are interested in my research background.
Therefore, I am wondering if you could send a recommendation letter to them
for me? The due day for submitting the letter is April 25, 2014.
The person who in charge of collecting documents of my case is Dr. AAA, his
email is BBB.

之前和这个教授联系过， 说我要联系国内的大学，请他写推荐信，并且说我会写个草
稿，以节省他的时间。然后教授回信说，能写个草稿可以，并说如果直接把信发给对方
学校就可以的话，那么直接把学校和deadline告诉他秘书就可以了。
之后，我写了个草稿发给他，并且解释说，中国申请教职，一般要申请人自己把材料收
集齐了交上去，问他能不能把推荐信给我，我一起提交。然后就没收到回信。不知道是
不是有误会，美国教授不能理解我说的那些。但还是想要到这封信，现在我请这位教授
直接发推荐信给我联系的国内教授，请大家帮我看看上面这封email符合美国的行情吗
？有什么不合适的么？多谢大家帮忙。 | e*******7
