便，除了房价以外。
而且，你不就是纽约哥伦比亚大学医学院的吗，我查了一下，你附近Zip的Bally's的价格也就25美元一个月，0 enrollment fee. 只能说你的美国同事脑袋被门板夹过了，当然要是公家报销就另说了。
