I am on H1-B visa and I-140(EB-2, priority date 10/2008) is approved. Now my
employer(in Cleveland, OH) wants to expat me back to Shanghai for a couple
of years in Shanghai, up to 3 years. My questions are:
1. I can keep my H1-B visa as long as the payroll is processed in US? right?
2. If I submit I-485, can I still use H1-B visa to enter US?
