数已经上千，外加里面的partner都搞得死走逃亡，各依天命。 当然啦，包裹保证的部
分好像比银行和FLG要稍好一些。求大伙给点建议哈。 |

听说，随便一个华人回国开量化基金的，都可以做到稳定盈利。
这破公司都多少年了，还没有稳定盈利哥觉得totally shocked.

I am not trying to argue anything, but just want to state some FACTS!
1, Tower doesn't have 1000+ employee, and the partners who left had some
reason.
2, Tower has been under stable profit stage for a long time, if you believe
anybody can open a quant firm in China and make money and do better, then
you don't even need to be reading this forum.
3, If you believe No one in Tower is getting the cut, then you are just
totally acting like fool here.
To Answer lou zhu's question, many firms are worth going in this market, it
all depends on what's the position and what's compensation or package for
you.
To those acting like fool here, please be aware that your statement is being
viewed by thousands people who potentially know more than you. Then you
really are fool to them. Or, when people know less than you see your
statement, you maybe affecting some people's decision.
Please be responsible about what you say. |

只是法国人上位以后 做的一些恶心事坑了我的好几个朋友。所以我不太看好小中去那
的发展前途。

and-paste to make meanings, then you are the one who is acting like a fool.
People are just making suggestions for buy side positions as general
comments on this board, Of coz with-cut positions are they way to go,
otherwise why you wanna go buy side? why not just go for Google of Facebook
for high salaries?
And no need to be 愤青 here, take it easy, if you know something, then say
something, people who think others are fools are usually fools themselves.
And you even believe MITbbs will be able to destroy Tower, or make Tower the
best place to go?

people with experiences. Talking about no p&l cut in Tower is ridiculous.
The biggest problem in Tower is that the trading teams took too high cuts,
and the partners of Tower got too few. Certainly, if you can not contribute
to p&l, you got no cut.
Is it good for a fresh graduate? If you went to IT team, it is not good. If
you can join a good trading team, it is very good, such as Latour. |
