There are more and more people are trying to build a good environment for us
in this industry. It's a very good sign. Let's keep the momentum. | y*g

you, but a big favor to them! Most people will try very hard to help you out
later if you help them landing a job now. Job security is not high in
financial industry. I know a Chinese ever had 10+ job and 10+ layoff :). But
he can always get next job very soon via his Chinese network. The
environment does get better!
