有马上公布而已。问题不在trading algorithm，而且trading algorithm很早就发现异
常而且停止了。问题在routing server。其实不是bug。当时是为了NYSE RLP要个
deliver two upgrades, A and B, simultaneously to two systems，但不幸地是有两
个servers的B part没有更新成功。这也是为什么只有140多个symbol受影响的原因。

although now it's being bought by rival Getco, so there likely will be cuts.
