screening for the first round. Then the first round will be very important.
If he likes you, even you just do a very average job in the next 2-3 round
phone interviews, you might have a good chance to come onsite. |

发帖数: 158 | 6 The head of the group, who is a MD, interviewed me during the second round
phone screening and onsite interview. He didn't asked me any technical
questions. Most of the time, he explained my question about the group. He
asked me several behaviour questions like:
1. Why do you love this position, rather than just a job?
2. What do you see yourself in 1 year?
To prepare the interview, just be yourself and be polite. Do some research
about the background and prepare some questions to ask.
