immediately to expect next round at the end of each call. Or do they wait
for a few days to schedule the next? This was my first ever so not sure what
to expect. thx.

the decision. Even if he or she is a manager, they may want to compare you
with other candidates.
My take is you just can't draw any conclusion, and you can only wait. If
you don't hear back after 2 or 3 days, contact them. Be sure to tell them
you're really excited about the job -- sometimes that attitude makes a
difference.
