1) hedged almost 100%
2) ugly balance sheet, lots of debt etc
3) ownership change, limited outstanding shares, lots of institution
investors
4) a lot of derivatives options on this stock
5) cost also went up, e.g power company use natural gas as fuel, power low,
but gas price is also low. so gross margin doesn't change much
...
