Why not use them?
I mean capital injection via preferred stock is unnecessary,
because the credit line is unlimited... | i******l

利息还低。 Preferred stock 10%。 简直是抢钱。。。
等liquidity 好了以后，在把credit line 的钱还了。。
难道 credit line 只能搞短期的？
那两个 F 早就用了， 现在到期了 ， 又融不到资， 就被接管了。
