I used an earlier edition of the book; that edition was full of errors. The
new edition is probably better.
It's a book mainly for MBA types and follows a "cookbook" approach. I think
it's good for people in corporate finance and fundamental research, but not
good for real quantitative analysis (in which case you will be using C++ or
SAS or Matlab anyway).
BTW if you don't already know finance this is *NOT* a good book to learn
