Healing Strategy

1. Take a walk in the woods. Go to the ocean.
2. Many of us intuitively feel this already. It is not right that media
makes "Disaster pornography" out of tragedy. ( as Hillary Rettig and another
blogger call it ) Don't give your time to TV and news. Be frugal with
your attention don't spend it on negativity.
3. Focus energy on healing and helping instead. Send prayer if you can't
help directly.
4. We are still floating in a thin thin layer of atmosphere around a tiny
spec in space - the 3rd rock from the Sun. We are still figuring out what
to do here. So continue to focus on work, create, take care of ourselves
and one another.

5. "War" mindset will only strengthen what you want to rid. This is why
War on terror or on drug serves few purpose other than political ones.
6. Psychopath and killers are not the only ones seek to scare and control
people. It may also be Showtime for authorities to flex and exhibit muscle.
Respectfully reject fear control and chauvinism.
7. To my fellow foreigners: Do not worry about anti-immigrant hatred yet.
People are less judgmental and narrow minded than 10 years ago. The worst
can happen is some invisible thoughts in interaction. I assure you relaxed
demeanor and loving-kindness will melt awkwardness away. (More importantly:
Are you comfortable with who you are? Do you accept and like yourself? If
