She should take some talk therapy to figure out why she doesn't want to talk
with other people than her BF. What if other Chinese friends, such as
classmates visiting her?
I understand it is painful to her, but she has to open herself before she can
stand up from her current situation. Otherwise, she will be institutionalized,
please don't trust my spelling:)
