我LD最近刚从J-1转成H-1B,我想file I-539 表从J-2 转成 H-4,有两个问题请教：
A. Current J2 身份的过期时间：由于LD是提前终止的J-1身份（2019表上的过期时间
是明年2月），我的J2过期时间应该前H1B生效日期的前一天，而不是明年2月份，是吧？
B.part 3. processing information 的第二和第三个问题都需要填吗？
2.Is this application based on an extension or change of status already
granted to your spouse, child, or parent?
这个填YES，是吧？
3.Is this application based on a separate petition or application to give
your spouse, child, or parent an extension or change of status?
选项：No
Yes, filed with this I-539
Yes, filed previously and pending with USCIS
如果第二个问题选yes, 第三个问题似乎也应该选yes, 但有关Yes的两个选项好像都不
适合。LD的H1B已经批了，应该就不是Pending了。 |

it is better. See top 3 post.
Why he didn't file H4 for you when he filed H1B that time? |

been granted. If pending, they may be able to contact USCIS and add I-539
forms in I-129 package.
