for Chinese postdocs whether you finish your J waiver or not.
I knew a Chinese postdoc, when she came to USA, she was 42 year-old (her
daughter was 14 year-old that time), she didn't know what she wanted to do, after 6
years, she started EB2-NIW application, it seems too late for her and her
family (her daughter is 20 year-old now and still using H4 visa, she
cannot get green card before 21 year-old with her family).

07年九月打过一次指纹。中间跨州换过工作，一直担心REF，结果啥事都没有。想想也
没啥好抱怨的，一来美国就递上申请，几个月后就排期放开，拿到AP,EAD，4年4个月拿
到卡。
