needs high qualification.
EB2-NIW takes 6-8 years. In my case, I filed EB2-NIW on 3/31/2006, I
received my GC on 9/10/2010, I waited for 54 months. If I filed in 2008
after getting my J1 waiver, I need to wait at least 70-80 months.
This is the situation. When you file your I-140, the sooner, the better. |
