发帖数: 1197 | 1 Anybody know usually how long we can get H1b in Univ after sumit to USCIS? I
want to travel to Canada this Aug, I submit the H1B application to Univ on
March, and the Univ will summit it to USCIS on June.
I wonder whether I can get it appoved by end of July? or should I apply for
STEM extension, then submit the H1B application later on Septemer?
Any one has such experience?
