The problem seems to have nothing to do with H1B quotas.
As it has been explained to me by the people in our International Affairs
office, no H1-B visas are being processed by the U.S. Government and no one
seems to know when this might begin again. There apparently is some dispute
with the Labor Department dealing with how remuneration is defined for the
H1B and the bottom line |
