Unknown/Requested/Sep 02
但我们至今都没有收到邮件.因为我们DS2019表上的时间剩余不多了,所以很焦急.我爱
人在申请信中没有写老板的grant来源,会不会是因此造成了疑问啊?以前有网友说可以
发个传真去询问,但我们不知道号码. 烦劳还记得那个号码的网友告知.十分感谢.
另有一问题求教。我现在以J2身份用工卡工作，如果J1 waiver后，我就只能转H4，即
我就不能工作了，但我能否不受限制转向寻求H1工作吗？诚盼您的解答。 | l*m
发帖数: 557 | 2 Check with ISO in your school, maybe they have received something from DOS.
Generally funding source memo should be sent to founding agency.
On your side, you don't need to do anything. So, just be patient and wait.
Once you get waiver, you can transfer to H-1 before your current J-2 expires
. Of course, if you work in industry, the H-1 is still subject to the quota
limit.
