I disagree with M (who would, especially among Chinese?), but his
straightforward style of presentation is always very interesting:
Anarchy: "If you dial 911 during crisis in international politics, there is
nobody on the other end!"
Hegemon: "....you want to be the biggest and bad dude in the block!"
