My family is going to relocate to Pittsburgh in the near future, would like
to ask for your help, please recommend the best school district (middle
school) in the area. Also any Chinese school on Saturday?

Are those areas safe?
which area has the most Chinese population, especially Chinese family with
kids?
Can you recommend one or two good Chinese market(s)?
Is there a chinatown? Any fresh vegetable/fruit market, such as farmer's
market?
Any local chinese organization or association email mailing list?
Sorry, lot questions, any info. will be appreciated.

这四个区的安全都没问题。
中国人最多的（特别是有孩子的家庭）应该是 Mt.Lebanon 了。这是个比较老的区，设
施比较完善，特别是公共交通方便，Bus、地铁都有，且离 Downtown 较近。缺点是如
果要买房子的话，几乎没有新房，都是50年以上的旧房子。
匹兹堡没有像纽约等大城市那样的 Chinatown。不过有几个中国店。比较大的有百合（
Lotus Food）：1649 Penn Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15222。位于 Downtown 附近的
Strip District。 |

Mt Lebanon is a walking community, there is a cross guard at each
intersection, so no need for school bus.
If the kid is going to high school and your family plan to purchase a house,
then should consider Upper St Clair too, compare to Mt lebanon, it is a
newer community, compare to north allegheny, their radon level is not so
scare.
If LZ really wants the best, then it must be a private school, most likely a
catholic scho |

还 有 中 午 吃 饭 也 是 问 题 ， 好 像 没 有 食 堂
