一直以为卖家早已经把钱退了，前两天付型用卡账单的时候发现卖家居然还没有（已经
快一个月了），打电话给信用卡公司dispute. 上网重新查shipping record (卖家当时
提供了shipping record), 只有一个drop off notice, no actually drop off record
, or any other information at all. 现在卖家说他不知道相机上哪去了，但要我撤
销负评，说是马上调查还我钱。我应该继续让我的信用卡公司deal with it? 还是撤销
复评？信用卡公司已经把钱退回我的账号了，可是我不知道是否卖家会出尔反尔跟信用

我上次就是，卖家没货了把我订单cancel了，但是信用卡扣钱了，后来发现paypal神不
知鬼不觉的把refund扔到了我账户里，而没有打回信用卡里，就当免费套现把。。。

Is it possible at all that the seller did not know where the camera is? I
find it hard to believe. What might have happened is that the seller forgot
to credit money back to me until I found it out and filed a dispute already.
He tried to get me change feedback by saying he actually doesn't know where
the camera went. But USPS website won't lie I suppose, because it clearly
indicate no further info is available except for a drop off notice.

发帖数: 1599 | 6 That's what I told him this morning. But part of me wants to expose him for
his dishonesty, however I don't have hard proof that he's lying to me.
I was notified that I have until 21st of this month to change my review. Not
sure if my credit card company would have finished investigation by then.

处理，信用卡公司说已经charge卖家把钱拿回来了。但卖家在一定的时间内可以跟信用
卡公司dispute. 打电话给paypal， paypal说让信用卡解决。
