3. 1.5 hour late to the office, open my email and a letter from canaon: ok,
it is not their problem, and there is an instruction to remove the mirror
and clean the dust.................. should I do that? Or should I send the
camera back?

instruction from canon (dark dots are not there before I shipped it to canon
a....... why they want me to clean it by myself)
First remove the lens, then look into the mount area. Near the red dot,
there should be a protruding dark notch. If you put your finger under
it and press up, that should cause the focus screen and the tray that
holds it in place to drop.
This slides down the tray where the focusing screen rests, if this tray
is not already down. Note the position of the screen, then remove it
and brush it with a lens cloth. After you finish cleaning, then slide
the tray back up until it snaps into place. | t*a

but the email sounds pretty easy, sending 5d back and forward to canon is
not good either.

Sounds easy,though. Try to figure out if there is any video for doing that,
if it is a piece of cake, do it and learn more; if not, send it back to
Canon.
Both ways can get your camera cleaned, but the first one make you know more
without a risk to make you feel bad again.
You can check the compartments that were mentioned in the instructions, self
-estimate the risk based on your accurate operation abilities, then
determine do or do not.

the mirror with hands.......
