利，就非常可观了。但好像要过几年就换工作地方？！记不得了，有人到我们学校来做

so it makes it up. and, you get 1 month vacatio every year, free healthcare
, and you can retire after 20 years of service( or 25 years, can't remember)
and you get 70% of what you get before retirement.
