You are required to submit two sets of your pharmacy education documentation
, the official transcript and official proof of degree, directly to ECE
according to the procedures and requirements indicated in this section.
“ECE will keep one of the official transcripts you send for its records and
provide the other copy to FPGEC for its files. Transcripts will not be
returned.”

学校开的证明信到是中英文都有， 也有盖章， 就是没人签字， 是不是肯定不行啊？ | r****e

2. official proof of degree: 不是证明信，而是学校对你的学位证书提供的官方证
明。具体操作：你向学校提供学位证书，学校复印后签字盖章。
