Ph.D第二年，能否同意接受我四
年的学历参加FPGEC认证），他们同意了。所以这点还是positive的。
但是有个问题了，就是我看了一下FPGEC认证材料，需要国内的执业药师证，这个怎么
搞呢？
需要回国考一个？
请版上的前辈们传授一下经验吧。

发帖数: 16 | 8 1. 本科药学四年制，出国前拿到了李老师的信，报名FPGEE时只用ECE审核。注：报名
时需公证驾照复印件是true copy，许多地方不给公证（比如银行），可以试试UPS；如
果还不行，可以自己写个affidavit证明是true copy，然后公证自己的签名。
2. FPGEE考试看了CPR（考前还没看完）和1000题。第一次考过，但分数不高。
3. TOEFL考了两次，第一次口语23，第二次口语24，然后要求re-score变成29.顺利通
过，赞运气好并感谢重新打分的考官！
4. TOEFL成绩上交NABP后大约一个月收到FPGEC certificate。
5. 找intern真的很难很难。去了CVS和绿墙，不招international pharmacist。google
独立药房和long term care，逐个拜访，大部分会收简历但纷纷表示暂不招人。过段时
间写信follow up，基本没回音。打过几次电话，结果还是不招人。后来有人建议先做
tech，所以考了tech证书并开始申请tech位置（CVS,绿墙，target，etc）。开始有几

U.S. . I started FPGEC application two years ago, but it was rejected at the
beginning. I appealed and the committee asked me to resubmit some materials
including signed transcript and certificed translation and affidivit. I got
a letter from Li two years ago.
Please don't give up your effort in applying for the exam even if you met
temporary problems. I got a B.S of pharmacy from a TCM, still get approved.

列因素有关吗？
1. 本科成绩，尤其是专业科成绩GPA2.5～3 ？
2. 所学课程偏于pharmaceutical science（无非是各基础化学为主干）？
另外，有通过FPGEE考试，ibt， 实习后， 最后却被FPGEC拒绝给证书的先例吗？ |

pharmacist都是Pharm.D了。 现在这个时候，我们这些通过FPGEC certificate 被
licensed的R.Ph应该还可以survive, 但再过１，２十年真的是很难说了，到老了也没
有什么竞争力了，除非你一直在同一个地方呆着， 大家觉得那时我们若换地方从新找
工作会不会处于很大的劣势？
现在non-traditional Pharm. D的program 也是越来越少了，大家有意要读的有什么建
议和推荐吗？谢谢 |

NABP需要所有申请FPGEC的人都有本国药师执照; 但对于某些国情特殊的国家, 可以通
过申请一封证明信免除这项要求.
以前的事就不说了, 你可能已经清楚.
现在, NABP认定中国学生96年后毕业的应该都要执照, 这是其一; 其二, 更关键的是,
只认定有中国执业药师协会出具的证明信.
在我看, 只要你能从那拿到证明信, 怎么都行.但我试过不行. 祝你好运! |

FPGEE.
I think I need at least 2 certificates for FPGEC: (A) 《执业药师资格证书
》; and (B) 执业药师注册证. To get (B) I need to obtain (A) first.
The following are what I found from the Cantonese Pharmacist Association
regarding pharmacist registration:

requirement. Green card hold( hospital won't sponsor H1b). Hospital intern/

live in Beijing but missed the deadline for signing up the exam last year,
so I had to find another province instead. Unfortunately that province is so
BS that I could not get a stamp on their official envelope. But I did post

Services submit an authentic report of TOEFL iBT (or TOEFL and TSE) scores
directly to the FPGEC. Use the FPGEC identification number 9103, and provide

FPGEE and iBT, FPGEC requested a certified document from her college
official on her graduation time before 2003, i.e. FPGEC requests an

听力是最最简单的一部分， 不存在任何时间或者技巧的问题， 任何人我相信都可以轻
轻松松的搞定， 就没必要说了。

Another questions, did you get Ms. Li's letter notarized or just get the

1.通过了FPGEC考试才是万里长征的第一步。你还有托福iBT要考。Speaking要26分，挺
不容易的。然后你可以拿到NABP发给的FPGEC，申请InternPermit。每个州的要求不同
，一般至少1500小时的Intern，以后你还有NAPLEX要考，还有州里相关法律的考试，之
后你就可以拿到行业执照开始正式工作。这中间有一个身份问题，Intern期间的合法身
份。
2.你有证书的话就好说了，国内的证明信应该没有问题。申请的细则自己到nabp.net上
去看吧。 |

请人合格可以参加考试的话，申请人是不是必须马上注册参加考试，有多长的准备时间
？根据application bulletin上所说，如果一次考不过，下次还要重新要求考试的话，
有可能FPGEC会要求你重新申请，不知道是不是这样啊？ |
