Also check check the website of university which you are interested in. They
do list the requirments of admission. |

发帖数: 267 | 5 thanks for all the reply. Now I got some idea. It seems that I have a lot of
work to do before I am eligible for the application for PharmD. Wshr said
it took her about one year before addimission to the program. For me, it
should be longer based on her medical background.

Green card).Thinking about changing my career. I can be full time to take
prepharmacy courses and PCAT test. Just dont know how long and how difficult
it is going to be.Really confused!! Any comment is welcomed. Thanks! |

policy都不一样，甚至先修课也不一样，先选些你比较感兴趣的学校，然后直接写信或
打电话把你的简单简历以及你的问题问一下他们，我当时就是这么做的，然后有的学校
要求看WES或ECE等评估机构评估过的成绩单然后告诉你哪些先修课不用修了，例如
University of south Nevada（比较变态），有的哪些还要修等等,有的学校要求你填
他们自己学校的一个课程评估表，然后附上你的成绩单，然后他们根据你给的信息反馈
给你，例如pacific University。然后你还要确保你去修先修课的社区大学是他们承认
的，当时我询问我们州内的一个学校的时候，它就列出了这个州内它所承认的各个社区
大学和相应的课程编号，不要想当然的认为你选的课程名称类似他们就承认，最好在选
课之前和学校联系，确认你要修的课是他们承认的，所以个人认为比较重要的一点就是
你在修课之前应该大约已经定下来你要申请的学校了。所以在整个申请过程中选校花了
我大于一半的时间，个人觉得你了解的信息越多，越能选到最适合自己，性价比最高的
学校，成功率 |

,只交钱注册就可以修：）。
最近联系看了几个所在州的NURSING SCHOOL,(我所在州PHARMACY SCHOOL 不多),现在还
在摸索状态。 |

发帖数: 431 | 9 From my experience, U of Kansas Pharmacy school is not easy to get in unless
you're Knasas resident. I got my graduate degree from there and two of my
references are from U of Kansas. I did not even get interview from them. Try
to apply more schools as backup! |

The tuition of the former is much more expensive( and also more expensive
than other schools of UMKC).Is this the reason that it is more difficult to
get in KU? or just the pharmacy school of UMKC is better.thanks |

might be one of the reason why it's hard to get in. |

. Are there a lot of people who apply for KU? Good to know that you
graduated from KU:).Thanks for sharing ur experience |

发帖数: 431 | 13 I studied in KUMC for three years, even my lab is actually on Missouri side.
I don't know, the whole admission process of KU is quite different with
other schools. They do not use PharmCAS and everything is slow. I wish they
made some changes this year.
