发帖数: 42 | 1 考了FPGEC, 在一个retail chain做，现在有很多时间是把我当tech and cashier使，
因为他们把一个tech (1 of 2)借调出去了，另外我一半的时间是跟另一个pharmacist
做，it没有perceptor license，而且it 不愿教我东西，我想问一下，大家做intern的
时候，是这样的吗？还是一直都有一个tech帮助pharmacist，而我们自己可以花大多是
时间学？我想要求全部跟着我自己的perceptor作， 但怕DM不给她安排别的tech，那我

I think you are just too eager to move on. Just make the most out of it. It
would be a temporary situation. Does DM decide hiring? Maybe, you can try to

发帖数: 1214 | 6 Well said. it is not abnormal that you have to do all the bench works.
Actually if you feel comfortable, you can start counselling patients when
you were doing the register work. That can help you learn a lot of the drugs
, the side effects, how they are supposed to be taken, and how the patients
take them. You will get the first hand feedback information from those
patients, and that will help you to learn a lot about the diseases, too.

有perceptor license能说明什么呢？其实说一句，我如果做一个shift,宁愿要tech而
不要intern的，我碰到的绝大部分的intern,不管是fpgee出来的，还是ucsf的，都不如
一个senior tech.所以lz你要放低身段，先把你应该做的事情做完了，在不忙的时候例
如周末再学习。retail本来就是以赚钱为目的，而不是教你知识的。公司雇你也是为了
赚钱的，而不是让你学习的，不管dm吹的多么天花乱坠，但是这就是事实。
回想我做intern的时候，很累。就是跑东跑西，除了verify不做之外，什么都做。熬过

发帖数: 42 | 9 kelly说的一点没错,新的intern确实完全没有做熟的tech有用, 所以我是很appreciate
我的perceptor愿意花很多时间教我,现在我能做的就是多学,多问,少出错,尽量不要给
她添麻烦.
但是有一点,公司雇我做intern是想让我以后拿到pharmacist license以后给他们做事
的,我salary 的budget也是跟我的这个store 没关系的,这是公司的investment, my
pay也比tech高很多,我为了几个月以后考出license能做个称职的pharmacist,当然有权
利要求一个好的学习环境,要不我就会request延长intern时间,这对双方都没有好处.
而事实是,这几天经过我的争取,DM已经答应再过一个星期就可以把一个tech还回来,而
我也将只跟愿意教我的perceptor做,不跟另外一个pharmacist了.
hehe,周末时间绝大部分是属于family的,两个孩子都要妈妈陪...:)

发帖数: 17 | 10 同意kellyguo. 我觉得很多时候也是看preceptor。有很愿意教学生很有passion的也有
就是把你做 cheap labor的。如果你是有pay的，那你就是应该做一个tech应该做的所
有事情。如果你是没有pay而且教学费的rotation，那preceptor有责任义务教你东西。 |
