match,但是网投了很久没有回应。请问这里有没有在Gilead的前辈，能帮忙推荐一下。
I have two first-authored Nature Immunology papers among others but it is so
hard to get a job without internal reference.

Maybe your experience is not relevant. Are your Nature Immunology paper
related to identify new pathways in any inflammatory, autoimmune diseases
and cancer?
