Retail/Telecom) and hire less than any other sectors.
Job seeker have to understand that you are not only competing with fresh PhD
or thousand-old postdoc. Instead, you are trying to compete over 56,000

number of job cuts due to oursourcing. I have a hard time to interpret that
data.
