以前都是别人基本上定了给offer才讨论这些
这次interview之前就给了brochure，说面试的时候谈

那就是说只是走个过场的
主要是之前别的公司onsite的时候都没有在给offer之前讨论过，所以比较疑惑
现在好像比较知道一点了

小公司好像会等到extend offer的时候和你谈。
没啥，这个和hr谈很轻松，准备好回答那些behavior问题就好了，其余就是瞎扯扯就

questions 为主还是behavior question 为主? 要做presentation吗？ |
