见。
biotech是top3中的一家，工作在位于南加州总部，medical device也是行业里top3的
一家，工作在PA的
美国总部.
工作都是FDA申报之类的。
我是生物硕士，偏重功能基因组和基因克隆，没有industry工作经历。我本人更偏向于
去biotech，但是碍
于签证和经济压力，任何机会都不能放过。
我要是面试medical device，大家觉得我可以说点什么，让他们觉得我热爱medical
device行业，或者
medical device比biotech/big pharma有什么优势呢？

个大问题。也许会
问：“你的背景更合适biotech呀，怎么会对俺们medical device感兴趣呢？你会不会
搞两天就跑了呀？--

knowledge on the regulations are likely to be more important than your
scientific background as you probably won't be responsible for checking the
accuracy,appropriateness and completeness of the documents submitted to the
FDA when you first start, i.e., your scientific knowledge plays less
critical a role than your ability to work with others, follow company
procedures and be a devoted secretary.That being said, you may |

我有RAC，还有一些，比如American Society for Quality Certified Quality
Auditor,
project management professional, clinic trials之类---
RAPS这次发挥了一下神效，应该能帮助把面试的过程缩短一点，我通过memember
directory找到一些那家
医疗器械公司的几个manager，给他们发信，问他们是不是recruiting manager for
that
position，居然好几个人都回信了，更神奇的是，其中的一个还真是recruiting
manager，他说今天晚上
和公司总部的RA部分的头儿商量一下，希望好运---另外一个还说有一个类似的职位，
可以考虑我----
biotech那家没那么好运，发了几十封信，几乎没人回，我申请了好多适合的职位，好
久过去了，状态一直是
in progress，但是他们把那些职位又重新贴出来，不知道搞什么名堂--
赞一下那家跨国大公司（医疗器械只是一个分部），recruiter不知道什么网站上

your mentioned. I want to take a look at them to see if it is worthwhile to
take the exams.
I never thought the member connection function provided by RAPS was useful,
guess i was wrong......

发帖数: 330 | 9 I would go with Amgen if you have both offers in your hand. Looks awesome
on your CV, and the pay and benefit are great. They even help with your
mortgage up to 50%...Can't beat that. You won't get anything close from any
medical device companies. |
