我看公司对 After-Tax 的解释：
after-tax contributions may be withdrawn at any time regardless
of your age
并且好像after-tax 和 401k一样都有公司的match：
Basic Contributions" are the first 2% to 6% of your
pay that you contribute, regardless of whether you save on a before-tax,
Roth 401(k), or after-tax basis.
只是取出来会被停止3个月的contribution：
Note that if you have been a member of the Plan for fewer than five years
and you:
x withdraw basic (matched) after-tax contributions made after December 31,
1986, or
x withdraw Company contributions that have been in the Plan for fewer than
two years,
then future Company matching contributions will be suspended for three
months following
the withdrawal. |
