nstop promotion, meaning the items are marked up significantly and then give
big percentage off, leading shoppers to believe they got good deals. it is
a gimick that get boring quickly. At least I never pay attention to JCP prom
otions. JCP will change its promotion strategy, marking down the regular pri
ces and fewer promotions year round.
