education for my kid.
529 Plans all cover national expenses. Depending on your state there might
be tax savings if you choose your own state's 529. Otherwise, if you are in
states like CA, you can choose any state's plan.

the latter.
There is also Coverdell ESA but the contribution limit is too low
($2000/year/child) that personally I don't think it's worth the
trouble, if you're going to open a 529 anyway.

the last to consider.
If you belong to lower- mid-income level, don't do 教育基金.
