I need some help in finding a place/area to live in Philadelphia.
I will work in Philadelphia, in University of Pennsylvania. I have kids in
elementary school. My question is which living area's school district is
good to live in? And how far it is from the site I will work? If there are
multiple good school districts, which one is the closest, or easy one to
commute to UP? Which good area has the rather low housing price? Thank you
