If the house price is less than 640K, She get 6.4K, the rest is to your
closing cost.
If above, she will get 1%, the rest 2% goes to closing cost.
She is a nice person, will stand on your side and try to help. We are happy
with her. |

发帖数: 980 | 12 hoa是指社区管理费吗?这我不知道,我不住在小区里,没有hoa费用,一切自理.比如,自己
找垃圾公司,自己修树清树叶,自己找铲雪的,等等.地税比隔壁radnor学区便宜不少,他
们那儿包收垃圾收树叶.

She offered very little advice during the offering and the bargin.
For us, we had to be a little more creative to come up the downpayment. So
things got little messy. She was not very helpfull. We felt she always try
to push us insteady of fighting the other side. I acturally thought the
seller agent was a very good one.

即便没buyer agent也不是不行。

就出手了

大家提供的人选逐个打电话沟通过 最后定下一个看过一次房结果发现没有rebate
而且说只能领我们看10到20处房子 觉得压力太大感觉不太好 就只好放弃她了
后来用了同事推荐的 叫孙勇 很不错 给1.5%的rebate 现在房子基本上定下来了 感觉
他脾气很好 哪怕是你周五提出来看房 周六也能安排好 会提供很好的意见和建议 对于
第一次买房的人来说 还很不错 他的信息同志们网上搜估计就能搜到 我就不多说了 |
