rule of thumb is anywhere close to subway station usually has much worse
crime rate.
if you have a car and dont have to live in the city, try philly suburb or
south jersey.

，则房子往往比较老，面积可能也不大。你看的是哪种房？大概几街？
另外治安就不能和城外比啦 |
