You can go to the place you sent your UPS box. :) They have fax machine.
The rate I dont know.
Or if you like, you can find a scanner then use internet to fax it out.
It is not as convenient as fax machine though.

I myself send fax through the fax machine in my department so
my recommendation might not work too well.
