1. I *guess* it is not a big issue if you are late for one week or two. But
if you are too late for registration, you would be in trouble.Contact the
grad. chair of your department. He probably is the person who can give you
best answer on this.
2. It is ok. I did not come here until Sept. It should not be so hard
for you to locate a place.
