there is a soft cap on your data (even it is called unlimited), which is 5GB

so it doesn't matter if it is from att or not.
in my original post, i said "unlocked", actually i was referring unbranded u

i will not use tether to BT or dlwonlaod big file
just in case I need to connect to internet on the go
where I can find the instruction to enable tether for my phone
