如果你的plan有tether， 你就不需要折腾。
这里的方法是用于plan没有tether， 或有tether addon 又不想买的。
首先，root手机，不想root的另想办法，这里总结的办法解决不了。
root的方法去google， 一般xda上的办法比较可靠。

如果是wireless的话，估计就要root了，然后装wireless tether的软件。
不过如果是给laptop用的话，USB tether感觉很好用，比wireless tether稳定很多。 |

我觉得很奇怪，ATT怎么测出我在用tethering?
我打那个电话回去，客服告诉我，如果系统再检测到我用tethering，就会直接，自动
加我到那个data plan , 而且我
也会丢掉unlimited data plan for iPhone .
有人收到这个msg么？ |

刚才恢复系统后，竟然可以tether了。
当时因为空间不够，我只备份了系统和boot.
没有备份data. 恢复后FP的应用都没了。
设置里还是没有hotspot选项，但用wifi tether router居然可以tether了。
不过我还想试试你的backup. 看能不能只接在setting 里开启tether. |

着用AT&T, 好像只能Jailbreak了。想请教一下，我现在机子的状态Jailbreak会有问题
吗？需不需要先卸载tethering 再Jailbreak. 是不是Jailbreak后原来的Tethering就
不能用了，还得重新装？

发帖数: 700 | 9 这个功能是和你的系统软件（又名韧体）走的（iOS Version>4.3），不管你是加拿大
版，香港版还是毛里求斯版的都有这个功能的。
但是能否使用这个功能就是运营商控制的了，美国资本主义的iPhone运营商都是要多收
钱才能让你使用的，美名其曰为‘Tethering Plan‘，Verizon好像是20刀2G，ATT忘记
了。
于是乎就有了破解Tether的软件比如说mywi，tetherme之类的。越狱后可以安装使用。
再于是就有了ATT问候各位兄弟姐妹爷爷奶奶的著名‘请不要自己Tether,违者扣钱’的
著名邮件。 |

我打算上sprint，sprint data plan里边没有tethering这个选项，这样的话是不是就
没有官方的apps来tethering了？只能等越狱破解之后才能tethering？
又听说好像iphone 4s没有什么软件和硬件的漏洞，几乎没什么可能破解？ |

首先进入
Settings -> General -> Network -> Cellular Data Network
可以看到如下三个section：
Cellular Data
APN:
Username:
Password:
MMS
APN:
Username:
Password:
MMSC:
MMS Proxy:
MMS Max Message Size:
MMS UA Prof URL:
Internet Tethering
APN:
Username:
Password:
把第三个section "Internet Tethering" 里面的内容填好。
（基本上照搬第一个section "Cellular Data" 的内容即可。）
退回到
Settings -> General -> Network
你会发现在页面上多出了一项 "Personal Hotspot"
（Settings主页面上也同时多出了 "Personal Hotspot"）
进入
