发帖数: 101 | 1 F1 OPT后的grace period找到工作，提交H1b申请
并在grace period失效前拿到receipt，现在还在等拿到最终的paperwork，。
因为下月要去新加坡开会，之前是不是需要到第3国去签证， 转H1呢？
如果是的话 可以直接在新加坡签吗？ 或是离我比较近的tijuna呢？
我这种情况应该不算out of status了吧？算renew，change status还是啥呢？
问题比较多 也做了些功课 大家帮忙解解惑哦
